At Main Course California, we believe in providing you with choices, and we carry a variety of wheat-free and gluten-free items in our bistro. From the option for gluten-free sandwich bread and buns on our deli menu to special-order delectible gluten-free cookies, cakes - and even birthday cakes - we make it easy and delicious to eat gluten-free!

Executive Chef Rachel and Pastry Chef Nadia are well-versed in creating special-order gluten-free cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pies. We do require notice to freshly prepare your order because unlike some other bakeries, we do not freeze our pastries.
