Isn’t it time we all got saucy? Back by popular demand, Chef Rachel will show you how to make delicious, quick sauces that pair well with a variety of dishes – all perfect for summer BBQs and Broils…oh, and did we mention that almost all of them utilize our favorite summer time ingredient: Alcohol??!!

Guaranteed to be a tasty and fun evening, we’ll pair our sauces with some grilled vegetables, shrimp, chicken and steak. We’ll be tasting our raw ingredients as well (if you know what I mean).

It is the pursuit of this pallid flame, of the crisp, clear fire it burns within us, that makes us lift the glass of tequila to our lips and to savour the rare fragrance it imparts. This summer is a hot one, and there is no better way to give in to the sultry summer heat than to enjoy some tequila-infused and inspired food with Chef Rachel Main.

What a way to break up the work week!! Chef Rachel’s menu will focus on foods full of summer flavors- and all are easy entertaining recipes that can be enjoyed al fresco – and many made well in advance!

Steve Towby, Owner of  WE Olive & Chefs Rachel & Amy from Main Course California are teaming up for a night filled with gourmet California Olive Oils and Outrageous Vinegars from the WE Olive Store…turned into amazingly tasty appetizers, enticing entrees, and delectable desserts.

Rachel promises to make a delicious cocktail using Steve’s vinegars as well – you will be amazed at how delicious it will be.
